Computer control system
The SMT placement machine is generally equipped with computer monitor and mouse. It supports XP and Windows 7. It enables visual programming and PCB file import because of the humanized operating system.
Automatic PCB loader
The SMT placement machine can directly put the printing finished PCB board onto the track to realize automatic board loading, aiming and placing and mounting. It supports multi-feeders: maximum 64 feeders. The size of standard IC tray, tube feeder, stick feeder can be adjustable.
Synchronous identification by six sets of cameras
The SMT placement machine is equipped with 8 cameras: one MARK, one high precision camera and 6 high-speed cameras. It can realize 6-head synchronous identification to ensure the speed and precision of mounting. The standard configuration is 16 JUKI high precision suction nozzles.
The SMT placement machine is equipped with servo system imported from Panasonic, Japan with high precision and stability to ensure 24-hour stable mounting.
It adopts high pressure resistant and wear-proof drag chain which is the same type as the one of imported machines. The drag chain can bear thousands of times of proof pressure.
It adopts high precision track from TBI Taiwan which has low noise and high precision to ensure the accuracy rate of BGA chips.
